Axioryn is not a medical service, physical therapy, or a replacement for professional healthcare.

Our protocols and recalibration plans are generated by artificial intelligence based on your self-reported inputs and are for informational and educational purposes only.

You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physical therapist before beginning any new exercise or movement program, especially if you have an existing injury, chronic pain, or medical condition. You assume all risks associated with performing any movements or exercises provided by Axioryn.

By using Axioryn, you acknowledge that physical movement carries inherent risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or discomfort arising from participation in suggested activities.

Axioryn does not guarantee specific physical, postural, or performance outcomes. Results vary depending on individual circumstances and consistency of participation.

Axioryn protocols and analyses are generated using artificial intelligence based on user-provided information. Outputs are automated interpretations and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

Axioryn does not guarantee outcomes, improvements, or suitability for any individual user. Users are responsible for exercising personal judgment and discontinuing any movement that causes discomfort or pain.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Axioryn operates on a subscription model, charging $39 every 28 days for continuous access to your recalibration portal and weekly protocol refinements.

• Trial Period: Axioryn may offer a limited trial to new users, with the duration shown at signup. A valid payment method is required, but no charge is made during the trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription will automatically begin at the applicable rate. Each user is eligible for one trial, and offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Billing: Following any applicable trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each 28-day cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation will stop future charges, but your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during our assessment process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use Axioryn for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axioryn, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We are not liable for any physical injuries sustained while following the provided protocols.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, protocols, branding, and system methodologies are the intellectual property of Axioryn and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
